Wildlife corridors connect areas of protected land to bolster biodiversity and resilience. I created a "Wildness Index" to determine potential new locations for wildlife corridors in Washington state.

Yellow Cedar Habitat Suitabaility
A collaborative project that aims to predict future habitat suitability for yellow cedar in Western North America based on selected climate variables. Assumes an A1B emmissions scenario and uses 2080 AOGCM climate modeling.

Synthesized Landsat 8 satellite images to create a map of simplified land cover types in the Salish Sea Bio-region. Utilized the NDVI and NDBI indexes for analysis.
